At Solaris Terras, your can pre-order and/or customize terrariums according to your likes and needs! We use only high-grade, local and imported horticultural materials and craft supplies which are thoughtfully sourced and carefully hand-picked for workmanship and safety (yup, plant safe too). So you can be assured of our products’ quality!

Getting Started . . . 

 

Under the Build-Your-Own (BYO) Terras Collection, each terrarium order comes with:

 

Ø 1 stylish Italian-made hand-blown glass bale jar with metal bail-top closure

 

Ø Plants (amount depending on size of jar)

 

Ø 1 accent or ornament

 

Ø Suitable amount of potting mix (including pebbles/coloured sand/moss) 

 

Ø Standard decorative ribbon

 

Ø 1 complimentary gift tag

 

 

How to Build Your Own Terrarium. . . 

 

Ø Decide on the size – small, medium, large - of the glass jar

 

Ø Select 1 to 5 stalks/species of plants from our BYO Plants Range

 

Ø Choose 1 accent/ornament 

 

Ø Specify your preference in the composition or arrangement (if any)  i.e. you will like to base your terrarium on any of our past/present projects featured in our gallery

Things You Should Know . . .

 

Ø Please place your order at least 5 working days before delivery. Please ensure you provide us with all the correct, necessary addresses and contact details.  For orders of 10 and above, please get in touch with us at least 2 weeks prior to delivery.

 

Ø All prices quoted excludes delivery.

 

Ø The prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments can only be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Solaris Terras reserves the right to change our prices without prior notice.

 

Ø Under the Build-Your-Own (BYO) Terras Collection, each terrarium order comes with: 1 stylish Italian-made hand-blown glass bale jar with metal bail-top closure, plants (amount depending on size of jar), 1 accent or ornament, appropriate amount of potting mix (including gravel/pebbles/sand/moss), standard decorative ribbon and 1 complimentary gift tag for you to pen your well-wishes.

 

Ø You may purchase additional plants, accent / ornaments or figurines. The costs of the extras are:

 

• Plant – $5 per stalk

• Accent/Ornament/Figurine – $4 per pc  (unless otherwise stated)

• Seashells – $2 for 3 pcs

• Pebbles – $1 for 2 pcs

 

Ø While you may purchase additional plants and items for your BYO Terrarium, Solaris Terras may discourage you from time to time taking into consideration factors like overcrowding and suitability in terms of composition and growing conditions of plants. Please discuss your ideas with us and our Team will be glad to assist you in making your wish come true!

 

Ø At Solaris Terras, our Team understands terrariums should be aesthetically-pleasing, require little maintenance and most importantly, bring lasting joy to you and loved ones. Which is why our Team puts in extra care and effort in selecting and making each and every of our products so that what you get is value-for-money and quality.  Whether it’s 1 or 10 plants/terrariums, we dedicate the same amount of creativity and ingenuity!

 

Ø Our locally-sourced and imported plants and products are subject to seasonal changes and stock availability. In the event any of the plants and/or products are not available, Solaris Terras reserves the rights to substitute a similar element of equal or greater value. Substitution of any materials may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time.

 

Ø While every effort has been taken to display as accurately as possible the actual colours of our products that appear on our web page, the actual colours you see may depend on your monitor display. Solaris Terras cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the colours on the actual product.

 

Ø A minimum of 40% deposit is required upon confirmation of order.

 

Ø Solaris Terras provides free delivery for purchase of $150 and above for a single address within Singapore.  $20 delivery fees apply for purchase amount less than $200 and $25 for delivery to Sentosa and Changi.

 

Ø In the event the first delivery is unsuccessful, there will be an additional delivery charge of $15 for the second trip.

 

Ø Self-collection option is available with no charge. Please arrange with Solaris Terras via email at Solaristerras@gmail.com

 

Ø An acknowledgement email will be sent for each confirmed order. Please print the acknowledgement slip/email and present it upon delivery or bring it along for self-collection. 

 

Ø Orders are processed from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
