No doubt terrariums are self-sustaining and self-regulating ecosystems in their little enclosed worlds, but checking on your plants often and maintaining a balanced environment i.e. right amount of sunlight, moisture level, etc, will ensure your terrariums thrive for months (or even years)! 

Looking after a terrarium isn't a lot of work. Here are some general tips on how to keep your terrarium healthy and happy! 

Remember: Always water sparingly! Observe and adjust accordingly. You can always add more water if you must, but it is difficult to remove excess water from your terrarium :)
